1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Once your order is received, it is reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days. Prescription eyewear may require additional time for fabrication.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within Canada:
- Standard Shipping (Canada Post / Purolator): Typically 5–10 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: Delivered in 2–4 business days after processing
- Local Pickup (Woodbridge, ON): Free; ready when email confirmation is sent
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we will email a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment at any time.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected service level. Occasionally, promotional free shipping offers may apply.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of Prescription Eyewear and Prescription Contact lenses, there are no refunds or exchange.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
Non Prescription Sunglasses may be exchanged, within 30 days there may be a re-stocking Fee.
- Must be in original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging
- Return shipped with a tracking number
Custom prescription products will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
How to Start a Return/Exchange:
1. Email support@occhialieyewear-woodbridge.com with your order number and reason.
2. We will issue a Return Authorization and instructions.
3. Ship your return using a carrier of your choice (we recommend tracked shipping).
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is our error.
Exchanges:
You may choose a replacement item of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, the difference will be charged; if less, a refund for the difference will be issued.
4. Warranty & Defects
Manufacturer Defects:
Occhiali Eyewear stands behind the quality of our products. If you receive eyewear with a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a one-time replacement within 30 days of delivery.
Defects generally include issues like lens flaws, misalignment, and frame faults that occur outside normal use.
What’s Not Covered:
- Accidental damage
- Scratches, abuse, wear & tear
- Loss or theft
